Interview
3 rounds interviews for me. The first round was HR rep who didn't make an appointment but called directly, that I thought it was a bogus call and luckily I picked up the phone at last. The second and third round were hiring manager. He was very friendly and nice. Mainly asked about my background and history, and then he shared a lot on projects handled by his team, challenges, and also his expectations. The interviews went very smoothly.
Fake Job postings, no response after the HR call. Just had the call with HR, and HR mentioned he is waiting to hear back from manager but no response after that
Individual interview then group interview with other hires. Working as team through the interview and completing team exercises. And answering questions together to see how you work in a team environment you will need to show a little personality.
