Recruiter phone call to set up a phone interview. Phone interview lasted about 30 minutes, then called in for in-person a couple days later. Was a 2-on-1 interview, lasted about 45 minutes and it was just going over my resume, the job details, and they wanted some sort of assurance I wouldn't bail after a few months.
