This place is so unprofessional. I have had two negative experiences with FIS and I will never apply or acknowledge them ever again. First, they miss my phone screen. The recruiter emails to apologize and to reschedule, I agree. An hour later I receive an auto message declaring the position had been filled. I just thought this was mistake, but a few minutes later the recruiter emails to let me know that the position was filled and she was cancelling the phone screen. Unprofessional and dishonest.
