Initial phone screen- seemed to be just a going through the motions- recruiter was 30 minutes late for interview, although she did send an email. Questions asked seemed to be centered around ruling me out as a candidate rather than genuine interest in whether I fit the role. For example - do you think your ready for this level role- I would not have applied if I didn’t think I was ready and why would I want an full time role after having been a consultant for so long - why did you ask for an interview if that was a concern. Waste of time.
