I was asked questions about the programming languages I knew. They told me what I would be doing there and ask me if I was up for the task. Really no hard complicated questions. They gave me a one week project to test my programming skills.

Medium difficulty. Had a take home test after the initial in person interview. In person interview was normal and not too challenging. Pretty easy going people. They seemed to care more about your personality and attention to detail.

Interview
Applied online, i got asked to take a technical test. The test basically a simple project that i received with in 2 days. I had 2-4 days to finish it and then send them the results. I got a reply back about 2 days after i sent it in, i was told to come down for a personal interview. The place is a bit far off but the office looks really chilled and refreshing. The CEO i think interviewed me, very pleasant and regardless of acceptance or not, he gave me feed back on what to improve on whether i get an offer or not.

General questions about personality. whats your strengths and weakness? some questions about team and management ability, also inquiries about other tech tools that i am familiar with. There was really little to no tech questions as that is already cleared by the technical test.
