FICO Business Operations Lead interview questions

Communication through email. Interview was with a recruiter located in Brazil, position was remote for North America. . Asked basic questions, most were based off my experience on my resume. He was extremely hard to understand and spoke English poorly. Had a chip on his shoulder. Stated the hiring manager was extremely slow at moving candidates forward. Generally it was a bad experience.
