Applied directly from their site. After a week or so, I was contacted by phone and then they sent me a simple programming challenge. After another week or so, an on-site interview was schedule, with both HR and some middle manager guy. The interview followed the classical format: talk about me, about the challenge and about the position. After another week, another interview. This time with a couple of middle managers, to talk again the talk about me and about the position. The next step would be another interview. After a few weeks, no more interviews - my application was discontinued. Advice for future applicants: unless your nature is right, don't burn daylight.

First round was a code exercise and some theory questions with a due set to next week. Test itself was pretty easy without any "gotchas". Oddly enoug there was no algorithmic questions. Second round was a personal meeting with the recruiter and relevant devs. Everything was pretty straightforward without derailing much into offtopic themes. For some reason they asked for a DISC test which was promptly sent before interview. In the end I was asked if I was running in any other recruitment process to which I said Yes and was told that I'll get an answer within a week. Two weeks later I got no answer nor an offer from them so I assume I was ghosted.
