Got contacted through email, asked to HR to call me to discuss more.
The HR did not call, simply sent HACKER RANK test link. I replied again and then HR asked from my number called me and we talked in very brief for 2 mins and she was rushing in that time span as well.Discussed about salary and they said they are okay so I said okay am giving the test now.
Test link was sent on Sunday 4 pm and should be completed that night only. Earlier she told me the interview would be on Wednesday.
I was impressed by the company on glassdoor and other platform so gave the exam. It had questions finding anagram, and one more DP problem with other question based on the profile which was kubernet,dockor, micro service architecture.
I gave the test and sent her mail, all done. She said you cleared the exam will send the interview details . Next day without giving any reason she said Wednesday is not possible please come on Tuesday. She was not asking me instead giving me a order. Again was rushing and no proper communication skills.
I went for the interview , to my shock there was no name of "f5 networks" on any of the board, location is too far from main IT hubs. Then again called the HR she is like yeah thereis no board you come to this floor.
I went there with more surprise even at entrance ,there is only Innominds written on a board at the reception also, I kept waiting for HR, she came after 15 mins. And no Hi, Hello simply asked me for my resume and said please wait for 2 mins.
Interview F2F
So the interviewer took a look at my profile and started with my educational background.How you went to NIT what was your rank and all unnecessary things which was not needed.You are not hiring me based on my AIR but on my skills obviously now I have experience of 7+ years and a good track record. He said our time I got this rank something something he was talking.
Now the interview asked me Merge Sort implementation on white board,Design Lift, Some micro services questions, why functional programming? why your organisation is not using Kubernet/Docker for microservices this is such a lame question i gave him explanation but don't they understand that am not the CTO or the owner of company.He said this framework provide this capability of service registry and discovery automatically(I was thinking I know but its not 5-10 people company I cant just go and say hey change this architecture implement, let's use kubernet,cloud and all new fancy things).
Interview lasted for 45-55 mins, he was getting calls in between.
After that, he went and searched for HR she was not around. Then after some time she called me and asked did he asked you to leave? where are you now. I said am back now done with interview please update me the status. No update such a unprofessional and such poor communication skills I have not seen of any HR in life.
Sent her message next day and email if there was any update. Still no response. Then after 8 days I called her she said you could not clear the interview.
So this was my experience with them, So guys decide yourself. HR was the most disappointing through out this whole process.
