Interview
RUN from this company. It really seems like even they themselves don't have their crap together. Engineering here from what they described is just trial and error. Extremely disorganized design process. You know it's bad when the guy interviewing you is mentioning that they messed up a lot in their engineering design in their PLC ladder logic, etc. If they don't know what they are doing, and if they don't know how to properly engineer a system... what is it that they are exactly doing as a business? What will you as a potential employee do if you at that company if you are entry level? Where will you get your guidance and training from? You ever see red flags in a potential employer just from the interview itself? Yes, that is exactly what this phone interview went. It's a small company, and honestly do not recommend working at small companies starting out as an entry level engineer. RUN from this company. I interviewed with them and did not like their outlook on anything really. I got 5 offers in my employment search, but trust me taking this interview was a waste of my time.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Standard phone screen and standard interview questions to get to know you better. I saw a lot of red flags when they started to talk about how they like to do engineering at the office.
