Interview process is very straightforward but their questions were really vague and they got weird when I wouldn't tell them confidential information about my current company. I completed multiple rounds of interviews and then they sent me an automated email rejection, they didn't even have the decency to email me personally. Prior to the interview, I took their Glassdoor reviews with a grain of salt but I didn't get good vibes from them, and their impersonal rejection echoes the reviews from their employees.

Interview
excellent process I was informed about the entire length and amount of interviews I had to do at the start. HR checked in with me after each point in the journey gave me feedback and kept me up-to-date as to the next steps. The interviews were hard but fair and in an extremely timely manner

What a disappointing recruitment experience.
I applied for the SCSM role and was initially invited to a recruiter screening call, which was cancelled at the last minute and rescheduled for the following week—without any consideration of my availability. Then today, just one hour before the rescheduled interview, it was cancelled again.
No explanation. No apology. Just repeated cancellations.
Coming from a consulting background, this level of disorganisation is concerning. A company’s recruitment process is often a reflection of its internal operations—and if things are this broken at the outset, it raises serious questions about what’s happening behind the scenes.
I would strongly advise others to think twice before applying.
