Email first with an invitation to do a phone interview. The phone interview was pretty basic and lasted about 20 min. They told me they would be calling back in a few days to let me know if they wanted to do an in person interview. The in person interview was with 2 people and they grilled me with the same basic interview questions as phone interview...but just more of them for over an hour and then I was told I would hear back within the next 2 days either way. I never heard back. Spent a lot of time and effort on this interview process and then heard nothing. Very unprofessional.
