I put in an application, got a callback for an interview about 3 weeks later, did the 2on1 interview in about 40 minutes. Got the offer about 5 weeks after that and accepted.

A quick phone screen for maybe ten minutes. Then an on site interview, and a brief show and tell of everything they're working on. Then open ended questions about Unity.
