Interview
I was able to get two calls. The Director of Operations was incredibly friendly and made me feel like I was wanted, we talked about the job and my experience for over half an hour. Second call with the CEO was the complete opposite. He just came in looking annoyed and was trying to end the interview the moment it started. I was actively fighting to keep the conversation going and he just looked annoyed and disinterested the entire time, and then he just asks me something like "would you rather be a fork or a knife". Don't even think the conversation lasted 10 minutes. If I did something to upset him, you'd have to explain it to me like I was 5. And if something else upset him beforehand, then maybe reschedule instead of running an interview like that next time.

Phone interview with the owner of the agency. Then with a direct manager and an operations director. Straightforward questions. No project or anything like most companies. I was taught on the job so prior experience was not required.

Interview
Very conversational and no prior experience is needed. I was taught everything on the job and learned as I started working with clients. You have to be able to learn quickly and be comfortable with learning different tools.
