Extern Learning & Development Specialist interview questions

The interview was quite a long process. I have gone through 6 rounds of discussion. I am glad that it happened this way. It ensures the quality of the deliverables of the company. If you do not take the time to understand the people you are hiring, you can never deliver great results. Of course, it was also a feeling of accomplishment for me. The interview process was well structured. Very transparent. You do not have to ghost what next. You can expect everything to be clearly communicated to you at every stage.
