Basic first intervju, 1 hour with questions mostly how i am fit for this position. And also my background. Quite heavy on why i want to become a consultant. Nothing technical at all really.
The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Exsitec (Oslo) in Feb 2022
Interview
The interview process was quite manageable.
The process went like this:
1. Get to know you
2. Get to know the team
3. Case assignment
Afterwards, you would keep hearing from the HR. She gave great feedback and followed-up before and after.
It was pleasant to get to know them as well. They answered all questions and were quite open/transparent.
