Interview
The interview process was transparent, interviewers were friendly, and professional.. The interviewer will ask generic questions to get to know you, expecting you to provide details about your experience, the use cases your worked on and understand how you managed pas situations and resolved issues.
The position was obviously rusty as it had been open for more than a year. I'm even surprised to get an invitation for an interview, when I had a gut feel that HR is slacking around to hire for this position. I asked several questions to confirm that and my gut feel is correct. Needless to say, it's a very mid company with hypocritical outcome to the interview. Just say the immediate outcome at the onset, no need to to dilly dally and make your applicants wait. It's passé practice at today's age.
