process takes around 1-2 weeks, post that offer is released. Interview is smooth and usually is fast. First HR team connects with you, post that if you are cleared then there are rounds according to your job role
Their people just randomly reach out to others without reading your resume. And ask why you are not a good fit. I received a call from VM, and she does not know the business at all.
