Interview
Very pleasant and fast interview process. In the first round, I was interviewed by the team lead and a lady from the personnel department, asked general questions about my career and my motivation to change.
In the second round, I had a technical interview with a somewhat challenging coding problem, but it was more important to demonstrate your general coding ability than to actually solve it completely. Then a quick talk with the CTO.

The process was done very quickly and well. All the interviews were real-time and technical and always felt good.
They were good at handling. There was a senior manager who was very rude and always wanted to show that he was educated. He wasn't!
And its existence was worrying!
