Please accept my sincere apology for the lack of feedback following your interview.
Up until now, our process has been to provide detailed feedback directly to the Recruiter, regardless of whether a job offer was made or not. In this situation, and possibly others, the Recruiter has not passed on that feedback to you.
Going forward, we will communicate all feedback directly.
