Interview
I got a call from recruitment team had a chat for 10-15 minutes. 2nd stage was with one of the director from UK. I have to say he was super nice, it was one of the best interview in my life. 3rd stage was face to face with a director from Dublin. I didn't find her very professional. Very random questions, not taking any notes (which is illegal in ireland, you need to keep interview notes for 2 years).
Overall very straightforward and managed to add different layers of conversation. Focused on past experiences and how I solved problems in my previous roles. Good experience overall. Adding more words.
