After having applied to a linkedin offer I was call froma a Manager and an Engeneer from Rome, asking me about my experience and some questions on technical details related to my knoledge.

3) How what did you inject with spring batch?
4) Other then xml injection with xml do you know other methods?

applied online, three weeks later received an email to set up a video interview with recruiter.
Video interview: basic questions about CV, application
Couple of days later an appointment for F2F interview was set up.

5 rounds of interview taken on a single day which includes managerial round and hr round . The interviews seems to be knowledgeable and stocks to the resume and see how the answers are provided.
