A discussion about my background, Salesforce experience, current role, notice period, and salary expectations.
Round 2: Technical Interview
Focused on Salesforce fundamentals, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, triggers, Flows, and integration concepts. There were also scenario-based questions to assess problem-solving skills and understanding of best practices.
Round 3: Technical/Managerial Round
This round covered project experience, system design decisions, ownership of previous work, production support experience, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. The interviewer was interested in understanding my approach to handling complex business requirements.
Round 4: Hiring Manager Discussion
Focused on behavioral questions, teamwork, leadership, conflict resolution, and alignment with company values.
