30 min interview for a coding problem is cutting it close on time.
How it was for me for an 11:00 am to 11:30 am interview
11:04 Finally interviewer called
11:06 Finally set up the coding challenge
11:24 End of Interview
Total time for interview: 18 min.
Things could have done better:
* Send the coding challenge link ahead of time so no time is wasted. (Time flies when you are coding and thinking out a solution)
* Have the interviewer call on time, so no time is wasted
* I got stuck but the interviewer gave me a hint, which was an ok hint. I think I just brain farted worrying about time.
Everything felt very rushed as if he didn’t want to interview me. Overall it was the shortest interview that I have ever had, but I did learn a lot through this interview.
