I received a call from my networking contact & was asked to come in the next day. I did so, and all that was discussed was the fact that the interviewer wanted to know if I was interested in the job and how soon I could start. This should have clued me in that I should not accept any offers.

I was talked at for sixty minutes about where the company is going and what was going to be expected of me in my current position. Management did not want to promote from with in the company.
