Started okay but asked biased interview questions. I was asked to complete a questionnaire with strategy questions not related to the role I was applying to. I understand work readiness and answered. A biased question was also in the questionnaire. What was very disappointing was no response to follow ups. If asking candidates to answer questions it is respectful to provide an answer if not moving forward. It is unprofessional and disrespectful to ghost candidates and reflection of poor processes. It is surprising given this is a company hyper focused on best in class luxury services. I caution anyone interviewing with this company to identify if the interview is an actual strategy session to gain information about what they can do within roles open. That’s what I experienced in hindsight being asked questions that were not in the scope of the JD. Overall, very poor interview process and rude candidate experience. Employer branding is a core value and I will not refer people to apply here. For what it’s worth, do better and take everyone’s feedback which reads the same and make changes.
