Hiring manager said she'd get back to me after interviewing and never did - turns out she left the company. Wish they would have followed up. Questions were on the average side.

Had to submit a reel of work and had a phone interview. Afterwards, I was asked for references. I then had an in-person interview. Within several days, I was offered the job.
