Interview
First I met with my potential supervisor and her supervisor, they explained about the position and what they expect. Then I got an assignment of a few customer support tasks. Later got 2 additional interviews with product and technical team members - some background about my work and academic experience and then some questions about community management in general and my experience with end usres of different types, a few days later there was an HR interview. Then I got the proposal with a few negotiations on the terms
