The interview with an executive in customer success felt flat and low energy from start to finish. It lacked engagement and came across as more of a checklist than a real conversation. Frankly, I was a little stunned that the person at this level was at this level. When they have to read the questions verbatim from their laptop and can't hold a conversation...frankly, I just didn't get it. The questions were very canned, with no follow-up or deeper exploration of my experience. Overall, it felt transactional and uninteresting, with little effort to build connection or momentum.
