In person interview. It wasn't so difficult, they asked a lot of technical questions, but most times the person asking those questions didn't know the answers. You do a phone interview and then go to the office for an in person interview.

Straight-forward, constant communication w/ recruiters. Very responsive via phone and email. Contacted shortly after applying and they were very flexible with my schedule. Overall, fairly easy interview process and would recommend.
