- the manager and her team seem to have unrealistic expectation from the individual
- they though I was low on energy and enthusiasm - mind you every time I got a feedback I have been told I showed the right enthusiasm and energy even if I didn't meet the skills they were looking for
- All this is the first round of the interview, and they expected me to go into technical depth

Deep dive into your resume. Candidates need to be able to outline how you structured your project and what your thought process was behind it. They will ask you deeper and deeper about those projects and how you analysed it.

2 45 minute technical interviews, starts off with general technicals then gets into an LBO case where you have to find values first based on margins. They also go into basic behaviourals like why evercore and what industry do you want to work in and why, The behaviourals are very short and only at the beggining however.
