Reached out to the recruiter on Linkedin, he was slow in responding back then after selection of profile/neither before no one called..
After selection I get an email to schedule a round with the HR no calls till then..after the call he says he will setup time with the hiring manager from Spain.
He again sets up time after constant follow ups but without informing, yoou get an email accept or reject time upto u.
Then today was the inetrview & I felt the interviewer (spanish guy) was acting as if he knows everything & doesnt want to select me. Inspite of giving a fine interview (no benefits or doubt given to me) straight away in the evening I get a rejection email. No Calls or msgs from the HR though inspite of enquiring the reason!
pathetic process!!
HR is hard to get hold of & when you talk to him it feels he has mugged up company details (as he dint stop for 10 mins when asked about the company) in our only initial conversation we had.
Overall it feels they dont wana hire anyone, becoz after this round they still had 3-4 more rounds..but company strength in india is hardly 100 odd, so I dont know what criteria they are looking at for expansion?? Then they say they want to expand this year!!
If your interviewers dont have the right & open mindset to hire right talent the company isnt going anywhere plus they are establishing their dictatorship (as he said I dont know why they want to only hire in India)
