After getting referred, I scheduled a call with the hiring manager where we talked about the role, my experience, and my interest in the position. This call was very conversational, friendly, and awesome. Talking to the hiring manager was easy and not intimidating at all. Two weeks after the interview call I went in for an onsite interview. I met with the hiring manager and video chatted with the other hiring manager. This interview was more technical and was asked questions pertaining to the roll-out of new programs and creating content for the first time. Both managers were extremely friendly, laughed a lot, and made me feel very welcomed.
