It was cordinated. I was contacted by a recruiter and we had a suitability chat. I was then made to take a test on TestGorilla. I passed the test and had another interview with the CTO. I was paid 50 pounds for passing the test.
* Interview started 5 minutes
* They didn’t appear familiar with CV (e.g. asked about information clearly stated, such as current role).
* The interview lasted around 10 minutes and focused on a narrow set of experience-based questions.
* There wasn't sufficient opportunity to demonstrate broader skills outlined in the job description.
* Some questions (e.g. start-up experience) felt quite specific and didn’t allow for transferable skills or equivalent experience to be discussed.
