Writing test, oral presentation and interview. The written test took one hour, consisting on drafting a press release on a given report, proposing infographics and drafting a Facebook and Twitter update. One hour means having to work really fast. Those notes you took in the writing test were later used for the presentation of the report in front of the committee. The presentation lasted 5 minutes. Workers in the institute were incredibly warm and welcoming. The committee was a trusting one and tried to bring a relaxed atmosphere. It was a great experience that shows that good professionals work in EIGE.
