I applied online. I interviewed at Euromonitor (Vilnius) in Jan 2026
Interview
Interview Process
- I was scheduled for a Microsoft Teams interview with a recruiter.
- I joined the call on time and waited for 15 minutes, but the interviewer did not show up.
- I followed up politely via email, expressing continued interest in the role.
- The recruiter responded, apologizing for technical issues and said the call had been moved to later in the day.
- Unfortunately, no updated calendar invite was sent, and despite my request for confirmation, the interview never took place.
Communication
- Initial communication was professional and courteous.
- However, the lack of follow‑through and clarity created confusion and wasted time.
- Being told the interview was rescheduled without actually receiving a new invite felt misleading.
Overall Impression
- The experience left me feeling disappointed and undervalued as a candidate.
- Technical issues can happen, but the absence of a proper reschedule or follow‑up suggested disorganization and poor respect for candidates’ time.
- Based on this experience, I would caution other applicants to be prepared for situations like this one.
Application
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Euromonitor in May 2024
Interview
The interview process consisted of a mathematical aptitude and logical reasoning online test, followed by an HR screening round, an Excel test which was supposed to be completed and emailed back under 24 hours, a PowerPoint presentation online test, and ultimately the main interview. The Excel Test had 8 questions with subparts that had to be completed in under 60 minutes. The questions' difficulty levels ranged from easy to tricky and time-consuming. Unfortunately, I didn't make it past the Excel Test.
