Pros

Some good people, interesting work. Genuine focus on diversity and inclusion.

Cons

Where to start? Executive team who aren’t in position through competency but through tenure (which seems to be the sole metric for proper compensation and progression). Out of touch CEO who brings in some excellent new hires with outside experience who he in turn, refuses to listen to. The primary unspoken but universally known objective is to make the owners and exec team wealthier (whilst paying employees well below market rate). Products are woefully out of date with little proper investment in UX, CX and marketing. Not a place for career advancement and an incredibly frustrating work environment.
