The entire interview process was conducted online. From the first call to confirmation of offer and on boarding was entirely smooth. The HR team was very helpful and accommodating in these uncertain times of pandemic. The interview consisted of a coding round, a technical interview and a HR round with the CEO (which not many CEOs do with new coming candidates). The technical interviewer tested if I were able to pick up something that I might not know (testing if I can learn and pickup something quickly) .I was quite surprised by the speed at which the successive rounds of interviews progressed although it might not be the same for everyone as it depends on staff availability, pandemic restrictions, etc.
