I had one interview and I was hired. The process was very easy. I was a sophomore in high school at the time and had no previous experience working only as a babysitter.

The process was pretty easy. The manager called me and told me to come into the gym on a day and time we both agreed upon. Interview itself was very laid back and easy. She brought me into a small office and asked me typical interview questions, nothing too difficult.
