Here was my experience. The phone screen was Quick and to the point. a few days later, I met with the hiring manager and interviewed. Was called and received a conditional offer. Negotiated starting salary. Was hired after my background cleared. 2-week process in total.

Interview process was efficient and smooth. They don't hire club managers directly so everyone starts as an assistant and works there way up. If the interview goes well and offer letter is delivered promptly
