the interview process was pretty easy. they had you meet with a handful of employees to find the right fit for you. the right fit would be the club and the ream. It was a pretty seamless process as they seam to hire a vast amount of people as the company keeps growing.
- screening interview with recruiter
- interview with VP of sales
- interview with the GM of the club
All pretty straightforward with some curveball questions.generally about experience in sales, work ethic, why equinox etc.
Phone screening interview with Human Resources at HQ, zoom interview with Sales Manager, then another phone call with Human Resources person at HQ to specify details of accepting the offer

Sales experience and how you’d handle certain situations
You have to do a video for the application process. They do a phone call interview first and then they schedule an in person interview. After that they reach out within a couple days if you get an offer.
