pretty straight forward, your experience with cleaning and also if you are physically strong enough to get the job done, you will sit down with maintenance manager and its only one interview. its more of a vibe check

Not sure if it’s every equinox but for one they hired 5 new ppl on top of me which means it made the interview easier it was casual and about 35 minutes so pretty easy

Was given a quick walk through tour of the facility and was asked questions about my availability. Was told what tasks I would be doing and what days they needed people the most.
