Equinix Operations Manager interview questions

A recruiter called and asked me to come in and interview. There was no phone screen. I took the day off work and came in. I was excited because I really wanted the job. Four people interviewed me so I spent 1/2 the day at their office. The interview was easy. I don't think they knew what to ask me. I followed up a few times after the interview and no one bothered to give me any feedback. A few months later, a separate recruiter reached out to me for another position. You would think they have a database of candidates so they could check and see that I came in for 4 hours and they never bothered to follow up with me. This is the kind of stuff that makes me cross your company off my list as a place I want to work.
