3rd video chat with panel. 1st half spent on a presentation by you to show something you have worked on. 2nd half for panel to ask questions

TO ALL CANDIDATES TO CONTRACTOR POSITIONS BE AWARE. Equinix treats contractors as 3rd class citizens. I was received and interviewed in the company lobby. Two hiring managers came down from their offices to meet me in a crowded and loud lobby where I spoke with each member for about 20 minutes. So rumors of their poor contract working conditions and experiences are true.
