What a joke of an interview process that Equinix issues. I can't believe the operations department treats their future and potential employees through that sort of lengthy and rubbish procedure.

Interview
2 interviews and fairly easy as long as you can speak English and Japanese fluently. Interview was based on personality and nothing more. The process took around 2-3 weeks and was roughly fast because they want people.
