A slow, two month long process. Initial call with TA which went great, very informal and casual, super approachable team. Met internal team, again - super friendly and welcoming, would be a great team to work with. Third round, take away task and presentation to panel, mostly same team as previous, so very straight forward. Team were very responsive, chatty and humorous, which created a very calm interview environment. Where it went downhill - the complete lack of transparency and communication from HR. Interacted with 3-4 HR people throughout the process, one of whom scheduled an in-person interview on a day where no team member was in office, changed to virtual last second. Numerous emails without response, only to have to wait over 1 month after final round to hear a verdict, which only happened through communication directly with hiring team, due to lack of response and effort from HR.
