First it was Resume Shortlisting then Online Test which is very easy and very basic for 1 hr then Interview in that you introduce yourself and then it was all technical questions.

Most of the questions were from Industrial Engineering Lean Manufacturing and their techniques, waste in production, Know about company, operational excellence.
There is 2 technical round for experience Candidate one from payroll and 2nd round taken by Client. After completing tool test was given. Comparing technical round tool test was very good
