I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Epiq (Kansas City, KS) in Nov 2012
Interview
I went through a double interview process. First interview was with the dev manager. It was pretty straight forward. They had a small programming test on paper, designed to just gauge your knowledge a little, followed up by standard questions about scrum and JavaScript and c#. The second interview was with the director of the engineering department and was more of a high level, lets see if this guys attitude fits our culture, interview.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Epiq (New York, NY)

Consisted of two phone screenings with development leads. Next step was face to face with HR Director and manager. Manager based his questions on follow-up's from what I gather was feedback from phone interview. I then had a face to face interview with director of development. His questions were based mostly on his past experience on what he thought development was and was not.
I applied through university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Epiq (San Diego, CA) in Nov 2015
Interview
It was a strange interview, the interviewer asked a lot of personal questions. Nothing technical asked. Basically just walked through my resume and briefly glanced at some of my personal projects.
