I did an initial phone screening with HR and then the hiring manager did a teams call with me. She was very nice and answered questions transparently. They were very communicative in their process as far as I could tell.

Initial interview was cursory and conducted by a regional coordinator. Provided basic job description and asked preliminary questions regarding the most basic aspects of the job. Second interview was done by the hiring manager and asked more in depth questions surrounding my tree id skills and ability to work autonomously
