the person called me and seemed quite passive aggressive on the phone, interrupted me and didn't listen carefully. She conducted a phone interview without organizing it in advance, I didn't even expected to be called that day, then insisted on me spending 60-80 mins on going through an online test, then scheduled one more interview in person. They won't care about your time and will make you go through this huge process even if you apply for the most basic position.
