I recently had an interview experience with a company that left me feeling quite disappointed. It all started when I was contacted by a recruiter from an agency, and I soon found myself immersed in a lengthy interview process. Despite having an interview with the department head or hiring manager, it seemed that this person didn't have the authority to make decisions, making the entire interview feel like a waste of time.
The company gave off the impression of being a family-led organization, with family members and an executive team seemingly at the helm, rather than a full-time workforce. During one of my interviews, I encountered a young and inexperienced individual who lacked knowledge about marketing, which was frustrating and felt like a wasted opportunity.
Overall, my experience with the company was underwhelming, and I would hesitate to recommend it to anyone. It's concerning to me that the company may not thrive with such inexperienced founders at the helm. In summary, the entire experience felt like a joke, and I have serious doubts about the company's potential for success.
